Delivery

United States

All orders placed on our US site will be fulfilled from our warehouse. Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Your shipping time will depend on which shipping method you have selected for your order and is stated from the date your order is dispatched. Please note delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3-8 business days)

  • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days - $14.99 or FREE with minimum spend of $80.00

We usually ship all orders via reliable carriers. We aim to fulfill all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.

Please note - If your order contains multiple items or a bundle, these may be shipped separately. Please allow the estimated timeframe on your selected shipping method for all parts of your order to arrive.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation of your shipping method and tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order on trtlaccessories.com.

Missing order

If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:

  • Check your delivery address was entered correctly.

  • Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours.

  • Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.

International Deliveries

Zone 1 (Switzerland, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden) Delivery is $9.99. Orders are usually dispatched 1 business day after being placed. Delivery should reach you in 6-11 working days from the date of dispatch.

Zone 2 (Philippines, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela) Delivery is $9.99. Orders are usually dispatched 1 business day after being placed. Delivery should reach you in 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch.

Zone 3 (Australia, Hong Kong SAR) Delivery is $9.99. Orders are usually dispatched 1 business day after being placed. Delivery should reach you in 9-11 working days from the date of dispatch.

Zone 4 (Belgium, Spain) Delivery is $4.99. Orders are usually dispatched 1 business day after being placed. Delivery should reach you in 6-11 working days from the date of dispatch.

Zone 5 (Japan, South Korea) Delivery is $9.99. Orders are usually dispatched 1 business day after being placed. Delivery should reach you in 6-8 working days from the date of dispatch.
